Who we are

StreamForge ("we", "us") provides a desktop streaming companion app and related online services at stream-forge.co.uk. Questions about this policy: hello@stream-forge.co.uk.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, display name and avatar when you sign up (directly or via Discord/Google sign-in). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• Subscription status — your plan and its status, provided by our payment processor. We never see or store your card details; payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see Stripe's privacy policy).
• App settings — the configuration you choose to sync (overlay settings, automations) so it follows your account across devices.
• Referral data — if you use a referral link, we record which account referred you.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not read your stream chat or store your viewers' data on our servers beyond what is needed to render your overlays in real time.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking on this site.

How we use your data

To operate your account, verify your subscription, sync your settings, deliver overlay data to your browser sources, process referrals and provide support. That's it.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. Email us at hello@stream-forge.co.uk to request deletion of your account and associated data; we will action it within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for billing and legal compliance.

Security

All traffic to our services is encrypted with TLS. Session tokens are signed; entitlement data cached on your device is encrypted by your operating system where available.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and note the date above.
