Terms of Service

1. The service
StreamForge is a desktop streaming companion app with connected online services (account sync, cloud overlays, billing). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- StreamForge is a paid product. Plans, prices and what they include are shown on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the billing portal (in the app under Plan → Manage, or via the subscribe page). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity on your account. One subscription covers one streamer account; sharing an account to avoid buying additional subscriptions is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use StreamForge to break the rules of the platforms you stream on (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick) — you are responsible for complying with their terms.
- Don't attempt to bypass licensing, resell access, or interfere with the service or other users.
5. Third-party platforms
StreamForge connects to third-party streaming platforms. Those platforms may change or restrict their interfaces at any time; features that depend on them may stop working through no fault of ours. We work to restore such features but cannot guarantee them.
6. Referral program
Referral rewards are described on the referrals section of the site. We may adjust or withdraw the referral program, and may withhold rewards obtained through self-referral, fraud or abuse.
7. Disclaimer & liability
StreamForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
